One-Pan Chicken Fajitas

Skip the mess—these easy chicken fajitas come together on a single sheet pan with bold flavor and quick cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, sliced

  • 3 bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: lime juice, cilantro, tortillas, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Toss Everything: In a bowl, combine chicken, veggies, oil, and spices. Spread on a sheet pan.

  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
