One-Pan Chicken Fajitas
Skip the mess—these easy chicken fajitas come together on a single sheet pan with bold flavor and quick cleanup.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, sliced
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: lime juice, cilantro, tortillas, sour cream
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss Everything: In a bowl, combine chicken, veggies, oil, and spices. Spread on a sheet pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
Serve with tortillas and toppings of choice.
