One-Pan Chicken Fajitas
Skip the mess—these easy chicken fajitas come together on a single sheet pan with bold flavor and quick cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, sliced 
- 3 bell peppers, sliced 
- 1 red onion, sliced 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 2 tsp chili powder 
- 1 tsp cumin 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Optional: lime juice, cilantro, tortillas, sour cream 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C). 
- Toss Everything: In a bowl, combine chicken, veggies, oil, and spices. Spread on a sheet pan. 
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway. 
- Serve with tortillas and toppings of choice.
