Do you cater events in all Utah counties?

Yes. Crystal's Catering serves all 29 counties in Utah, including Salt Lake County, Utah County, Washington County, Davis County, Wasatch County, and rural communities statewide. Travel fees may apply for remote locations outside our primary service area.

What types of events do you cater?

We cater weddings, quinceaneras, corporate lunches and dinners, company trainings, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, open houses, and outdoor gatherings.

Can you cater at outdoor or remote venues?

Yes. We are fully equipped for outdoor events, including parks, barns, private properties, and remote sites. We bring portable warming equipment, serving tables, and everything needed to maintain food safety and quality regardless of venue limitations.

Do you offer customized menus?

Yes. All menus are built to order based on your event, your guest count, and your preferences. We also accommodate dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options upon request.

How far in advance should I book catering?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance for smaller events. For weddings, large corporate gatherings, or events during peak seasons from May through October, booking 6 to 8 weeks out gives us the best window to prepare your full menu and staffing. Last-minute requests are considered based on availability.

Do you provide staff, rentals, and cleanup?

Yes. Depending on your package, we can provide servers, chefs, bartenders, linens, utensils, and full cleanup service. Tell us what you need when you request a quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Payment plans are available for larger events.

How do you handle catering in areas with limited facilities?

We bring everything needed for food safety and service, including warming units, serving tables, and portable equipment, so we can serve your event smoothly regardless of location.
